Exchange and return
At Mistral Footwear you can return up to 30 days after receipt of the order. You can return your online purchase free of charge within the term at a DHL ServicePoint. Of course you can also use other carriers. In that case, you must frank the package yourself.
You can of course try on the shoes. If you return them, make sure that the returned shoes are unused and undamaged. The packaging must be as original as possible. You must also be in possession of the proof of purchase, copy receipt or clear bank statement and a completed return form. With the return shipment, the risk of any damage occurring during transport or the disappearance of the return shipment lies with the customer. We recommend that you always keep the proof of shipment by e-mail to show that your package has been returned in case your package is lost.
